The MRAPPOA is dedicated to making your construction or improvement project as smooth and straightforward as possible. Before you get started, please take a moment to review the process outlined in the Covenants and Restrictions (2014), Article VIII. Architectural Review Requirements (Sections 8.01 to 8.17). Don't worry- the ARB is here to guide you every step of the way!

Each form/application can be filled out, signed electronically and emailed to Mary Beth Tocco. If you prefer to print it and fill it out by hand, please make arrangements with any ARB member or the HOA secretary to submit the hardcopies to the ARB.
