Property Owners AssociationAll owners of any real property within the Mount Royal Airpark automatically become members of our Property Owners Association (MRAP POA). All members share voting rights and access to community Common Property (airstrip, boat dock, and recreation areas). Dues |
A notice of payment of Dues is sent to each member of the Association at the first of each year. Payment is due by January 31st. Access to community Common Property may be revoked for any member more than 30 days delinquent. Voting rights may be revoked for any member more than 90 days delinquent. In addition, late fees and property foreclosures can be utilized for enforcement of dues payment to the extent allowed in Florida Statutes (No one likes that - Please, please just stay up to date with Dues and Assessments).
Currently the annual dues are $1060.50 per lot. In addition, there is currently an assessment of $859.00 per lot to build the Association's Statutory Capital Expenditures fund. |
Board of Directors |
The affairs of the Association are managed by a Board of Directors. Elections are held each year at the annual meeting to select members to serve on the Board.
