Mount Royal Airpark Property Owners Association’s annual dues invoices are normally mailed on or before December 1st to the owner’s address of record. The Board of Directors unanimously approved a five percent increase in the 2024 annual dues from $1,010.00 to $1060.50 per lot allowing for inflation of basic operating expenses.
In addition to the annual membership dues increase, the membership opted to assess not more than $859.00 per lot for the statutory Reserve Account beginning in 2024 for the continued maintenance of capital assets.
